Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 full days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card. Non-Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking. Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail and must be received at least 2 full days before arrival. If you have made a “non-refundable” reservation on OnefamHostels.com, Hostelworld or Booking.com, you won’t be entitled to a refund if you cancel.

To get from Prague Airport (Václav Havel Airport Prague) to Arbesovo náměstí 6, 150 00, Prague, you can take public transportation, a taxi, or use a ride-hailing service. For public transport, take Bus 119 from the airport to Nádraží Veleslavín, transfer to Metro Line A towards Depo Hostivař, change at Můstek to Metro Line B towards Zličín, and get off at Anděl station, followed by a 10-minute walk. Alternatively, take the Airport Express bus to the Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), then Metro Line C to Florenc, transfer to Metro Line B towards Zličín, and get off at Anděl station. Taxis and ride-hailing services like Uber or Bolt are available directly outside the terminals, taking around 25-30 minutes and costing approximately 600-800 CZK. Airport shuttles and car rental services are also options, with travel times similarly around 25-30 minutes. For public transportation, purchase and validate a ticket from kiosks, machines, or the PID Lítačka mobile app.
