Staff were absolutely lovely! Location was great beds are even better. Would highly recommend this place to people who are looking to have fun social interactions with travelers while staying in a comfortable, clean hostel. 10/10 :)

Really fun and social hostel. All the volunteers work to make the place a great time (especially Mija, he’s very handsome and the best Australian I’ve met). Make sure to bring a bit of cash

Had an awesome day four-day stay at Onefam the bathrooms are good, the free nightly dinners help the budget and I really appreciated the activities they held each night. Special shoutout to Mija from the hostel he went out of his way to welcome us and was an awesome person to hang out with.

What is the price and what services are included in the rate?

The cost varies based on room type and availability. All reservations include a bed, access to common areas such as the kitchen, and the opportunity to participate in our day and night activities.

What type of rooms do you offer and how many beds are in each room?

We provide a range of room choices, including a 4 Bed Shared Dorm, 6 Bed Shared Dorm, 8 Bed Shared Dorm, 10 Bed Shared Dorm.

Are there private rooms available or only shared dormitories?

At Onefam Home we only have shared rooms.

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 full days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card. Non-Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking. Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail and must be received at least 2 full days before arrival. If you have made a “non-refundable” reservation on OnefamHostels.com, Hostelworld or Booking.com, you won’t be entitled to a refund if you cancel.

We do not.

Yes! We have lockers available in every room and complimentary luggage storage.

We have a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook at your disposal. Also, free dinners are frequently available.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in: 3:00pm / Check out 11:00am

Are sheets and towels provided, or should I bring my own?

Bed sheets are included and we offer towels for rent.

Does the hostel have age-specific policies for guests?

At Onefam Home, the age limit is between 18-40 years old.

Can I use the kitchen to prepare my own meals?

Yes! We have a well equipped kitchen that you can use until midnight.

Do you have information on local tours and activities that can be booked from the hostel?

We offer city tours and activities that you can join for free. You can also reach out to our knowledgeable staff for local recommendations and travel tips.

Is there a curfew?

Nope! Feel free to drop by the hostel whenever you like.

Are there any age-specific or membership discounts?

We provide exclusive discounts for guests staying at Onefam Hostels across multiple cities. Don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter! You can do so in the website footer.

How to get to the hostel from the Airport?

By public transport, take bus 119 from the airport to Nádraží Veleslavín station. Transfer to metro Line A (Green) and travel to Můstek station. From Můstek, it’s a short walk to Onefam Home. The total journey takes about 35-45 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the Airport Express bus to the main train station (Hlavní nádraží) and then a short metro ride to Můstek. By taxi or ride-sharing service, the trip takes around 25-30 minutes directly to Onefam Home.
