I had a wonderful time at the hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel at home. The hostel was clean and comfortable, and it had a great atmosphere. I met a lot of amazing people from different countries and cultures, and we had a lot of fun together. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone who is traveling alone and looking for a social and amazing place to stay.

My second visit to Onefam Batllo and was so happy to return. I was greeted with a big hug by the wonderful, and now Manager, Mattea. Instantly made feel welcome despite checking in quite late. Daily activities to meet fellow guests and then nightly free family dinner followed by great nights out. The staff and volunteers here go above and beyond their duties to make sure everyone enjoys it and has a great time. I cant recommend this place enough. I hope to be back again some day for my third visit and would have no hesitation in going back.

The atmosphere of the hostel is incredible! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are always clean. They offer free activities every day (party included!) and a delicious vegetarian dinner lovingly made by the staff. Thank you very much Mattea, Genesis, Ylke, Holly & all the staff for treating me like family since I just arrived. Definitely, I’ll be back!

What is the price and what services are included in the rate?

The cost varies based on room type and availability. All reservations include a bed, access to common areas such as the kitchen, and the opportunity to participate in our day and night activities.

What type of rooms do you offer and how many beds are in each room?

We provide a range of room choices, including 6 Bed Mixed Dorm, 8 Bed Mixed Dorm, 10 Bed Mixed Dorm.

Are there private rooms available or only shared dormitories?

At Onefam Batllo we have shared dormitories only

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 full days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card. Non-Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking. Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail and must be received at least 2 full days before arrival. If you have made a “non-refundable” reservation on OnefamHostels.com, Hostelworld or Booking.com, you won’t be entitled to a refund if you cancel.

How to get to the hostel from the Airport?

By Aerobus: Take the Aerobús (A1 or A2) from the airport to Plaça Catalunya. Walk from Plaça Catalunya, walk towards Passeig de Gràcia and turn right. Onefam Batlló is located a few minutes’ walk from there. / By Train: Take the R2 Nord train from the airport to Passeig de Gràcia station. Exit the station and walk towards Passeig de Gràcia. Onefam Batlló is nearby. By Metro: take the L9 Sud (Orange Line) from the airport to Zona Universitària. Change to the L3 (Green Line) towards Trinitat Nova. Get off at Passeig de Gràcia station and walk to Onefam Batlló. / By Taxi: Taxis are readily available at the airport. Just give the driver the address of Onefam Batlló. / By Ride-sharing Apps: Uber/Cabify: You can also use ride-sharing apps like Uber or Cabify to get directly to Onefam Batlló.
