Recently renovated hostel, the facilities are new, staffs are super friendly. Daily activities + common space allow to easily meet other travelers. Curtains on the beds allow for privacy when sleeping. Perfect for solo travel.

When I arrived, they offered me water, and gave me tons of recommendations for what to do in the city. Staff and volunteers are so friendly and the hostel offers events almost every night. Definitely one of the best atmospheres out of the hostels I’ve tried. Also, I stayed in a 4 bed dorm and the bed wasn’t a bunk bed!!!!!!! Huge win!!

What is the price and what services are included in the rate?

The cost varies based on room type and availability. All reservations include a bed, access to common areas such as the kitchen, and the opportunity to participate in our day and night activities.

What type of rooms do you offer and how many beds are in each room?

We provide a range of room choices, including a Double Private Room Ensuite, Private Twin Ensuite, Private Triple Ensuite, 3 Bed Dorm Ensuite, 4 Bed Dorm Ensuite, 6 Bed Dorm Ensuite Female, 6 Bed Dorm Ensuite, 6 Bed Dorm, 8 Bed Dorm.

Are there private rooms available or only shared dormitories?

At Onefam Madrid we have a Double Private Room Ensuite, Private Twin Ensuite and Private Triple Ensuite

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 full days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card. Non-Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking. Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail and must be received at least 2 full days before arrival. If you have made a “non-refundable” reservation on OnefamHostels.com, Hostelworld or Booking.com, you won’t be entitled to a refund if you cancel.

We have a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook at your disposal. Also, free dinners are frequently available.

Bed sheets are included and we offer towels for rent.

How to get to the hostel from the Airport?

By metro, take Line 8 from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to Line 10 to Tribunal, and finally take Line 1 to Gran Vía. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. By train, take the Cercanías C1 line from the airport to Atocha, then transfer to Line 1 of the metro to Gran Vía. This takes about 25-30 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the Airport Express bus to Cibeles, then walk or take a short taxi ride to Onefam Madrid, which takes around 40-50 minutes. A direct taxi ride from the airport to Onefam Madrid takes about 20-30 minutes. Enjoy your stay!
