Amazing location in West London, super easy to get to everywhere in London and the surrounding location is one of the nicest in London. Staff are super friendly, great atmosphere in the hostel, always people to chat to and places to go out to in the evening. Organised day activities too by the hostel. Would really recommend to travellers looking to meet people and have a fun time.

Genuinely, the best hostel I have ever stayed in, in my life. Everyone here is incredibly trusting, friendly, kind, respectful, and all around welcoming. It felt so welcoming. It’s in such an amazing spot not too far from everything. I made some really good friends here. Can’t recommend it enough !!!

I was so impressed with this hostel! I was traveling solo for a few days and loved how social it was. They plan day and night activities every day and offer free veggie dinner most nights. Most of the folks staying there were also traveling solo too so the environment was very welcoming. I had a private room which was spacious with a closet area and hangers. The public showers and bathrooms were always super clean too. I think they have an age limit too so it was all young people. This was the most social hostel I’ve ever stayed in. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

What is the price and what services are included in the rate?

The cost varies based on room type and availability. All reservations include a bed, access to common areas such as the kitchen, and the opportunity to participate in our day and night activities.

What type of rooms do you offer and how many beds are in each room?

We provide a range of room choices, including a Private Twin with shared bathroom, 4 Bed Mixed Dorm, 4 Bed Mixed Dorm, 6 Bed Mixed Dorm, 6 Bed Mixed Dorm, 8 Bed Mixed Dorm.

Are there private rooms available or only shared dormitories?

At Onefam Notting Hill we have a Twin Private Room and a Double Private Room

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 full days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card. Non-Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking. Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail and must be received at least 2 full days before arrival. If you have made a “non-refundable” reservation on OnefamHostels.com, Hostelworld or Booking.com, you won’t be entitled to a refund if you cancel.
