24hrs reception, always glad to help. Close to 2 different subway stations, clean room and comfortable bedding equipment. Best thing is that hostel staffs will organize different activities every day and different things from morning to midnight.

Onefam Sants has by far been the best hostel I’ve been at while backpacking Europe so far!They had everything from daily tours, free dinner, a beautiful terrace x and night activities. The staff at Sants and their sister hostels really know how to show you a good time !

All of the positive reviews you are reading about this place are absolutely true. Onefam Sants was one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever experienced. I even extended my stay longer. Great place to meet fellow travelers, awesome family meals, and they always have great plans set for all times of the day. I am seriously contemplating flying back to Barcelona just to stay there again! Shoutout Nico for being the absolute man! 5 stars is not enough for this place.

What is the price and what services are included in the rate?

The cost varies based on room type and availability. All reservations include a bed, access to common areas such as the kitchen, and the opportunity to participate in our day and night activities.

What type of rooms do you offer and how many beds are in each room?

We provide a range of room choices, including a Private Twin with shared bathroom, 4 Bed Mixed Dorm, 6 Bed Mixed Dorm.

Are there private rooms available or only shared dormitories?

At Onefam Sants we have a Private Twin with Shared Bathroom

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 full days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card. Non-Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking. Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail and must be received at least 2 full days before arrival. If you have made a “non-refundable” reservation on OnefamHostels.com, Hostelworld or Booking.com, you won’t be entitled to a refund if you cancel.

By Aerobus: From the airport, take the Aerobus A1 (if you’re arriving at Terminal 1) or A2 (if you’re arriving at Terminal 2). Walk to Onefam Sants: From Plaça Espanya, Onefam Sants is a short walk away. From Plaça Espanya, Onefam Sants is a short walk away. / By Train: take the R2 Nord Train: From the airport, follow the signs to the train station and take the R2 Nord train.
