Very good hostel, did feel clean and secure both physically and by the atmosphere, the hosts were superb! Had a very nice time, would definitely recommend it an especially if you’re outgoing or would like to meet new people. There’s a lot of arranged activities with the focus of getting to know each other and getting new and cool experiences.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hostel enough. Fabulous staff all round, special thank you to Abdy who helped me massively with making an early flight home as simple as can be. The hostel is in a great location, feels very safe and has a great social vibe to it without the sticky party hostel aspect whilst still organising great daytime and nighttime activities. Free dinner too which is amazing – be sure to offer a hand preparing/cleaning up, because not many places do this and it’s super wholesome. Massive respect to all staff members. Thank you!

I had such a great experience at this hostel! The rooms, bathrooms, and showers were great. The staff really make an effort to get to know you and help you feel comfortable. I made so many great friends while being here and the location is unbeatable. There were events and free dinner organized by the hostel every night, plus the unforgettable day trip to Toledo. I would 100% stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!! Thanks so much to everyone at Onefam sungate for making my stay so special

What is the price and what services are included in the rate?

The cost varies based on room type and availability. All reservations include a bed, access to common areas such as the kitchen, and the opportunity to participate in our day and night activities.

What type of rooms do you offer and how many beds are in each room?

We provide a range of room choices, including a Double, Private Twin, Private Triple, 3 Bed Shared Dorm , 3 Bed Dorm, 4 Bed Dorm Female, 4 Bed Dorm, 5 Bed Dorm, 6 Bed Dorm.

Are there private rooms available or only shared dormitories?

At Onefam Sungate we have a Double Room, Private Twin and Private Triple

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 full days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card. Non-Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking. Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail and must be received at least 2 full days before arrival. If you have made a “non-refundable” reservation on OnefamHostels.com, Hostelworld or Booking.com, you won’t be entitled to a refund if you cancel.
