- PLEASE NOTE: Check-in at ONEFAM Hostel Les Corts ONEFAM Hostel Notting Hill and ONEFAM Hostel Budapest is from 15:00.
- * If your departure is later, you are more than welcome to stay in the hostel during that day. We also have free luggage storage!
Bookings policy
You can request Bookings via ONEFAM Hostel’s website or by contacting ONEFAM Hostel’s staff.
When requesting Bookings, you will be required to provide identification information including, name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card number and expiry date.
City tax is not included. Please note that city tax are as follow:
- Barcelona is 4.13€/person/night.
- Prague is 50 CZK/person/night.
- Budapest is an additional 8%.
- Porto 2€/person/night.
A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 300€. To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.
- We accept payment in cash or by credit card.
- Maximum stay of 7 days.

Group booking (more than 8 people)
Please be aware that we do not accept reservations for groups larger than 8 people. For group requests please contact us by email. We have special group prices!
Group Bookings are always to be paid in advance by bank transfer. 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. The balance will be paid 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellation or any modification must be done 4 weeks before arrival date. We only accept bank transfers. You must send us a receipt of the bank transfer to confirm the booking.
Cancellation policy
Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 full days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card.
Non Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received by us at least 2 full days before the arrival.
If you have made a “non-refundable” reservation on onefamhostels.com, hostelworld or booking.com, you won’t be entitled to a refund if you cancel.
Age restriction
- All our hostels in Barcelona have an age limit of 16-45 years old.
- All our hostels in Prague have an age limit of 18-40 years old.
- Onefam Sungate has an age limit of 18-45 years old.
- Onefam Ribeira has an age limit of 39 years old.
- Onefam Budapest has an age limit of 39 years old.
- Onefam Notting Hill has an age limit of 36 years old.
If you are outside of this age range upon arrival to the hostel, we have the right to cancel your booking without refund of your deposit, as well as charging the applicable cancellation fee. If you are under 18 years old you will need to be accompanied by an adult.
